Need Help Devolping a MySpace Resource Site!

I dont know if their time is through but i have a site that i think would be great for a myspace resource site http://suprpixels.com/images/1449myspaceairline.com.jpg (http://suprpixels.com/image.php?id=1449myspaceairline.com.jpg) it was getting about 1200 visits 10,000 page views a day when active as a proxy its parked now due to hosting it was using about a gig of bw a hr!:(
but I was thinking it would make a good resource profile editor site etc etc!
its got good traffic and i think i could get lots more as a resource site vs a proxy!
some one gave me a myspace recource script but i dont know if its worth trying!
would any one be interested in helping me?build a resource site or rebuild etc the script i have!
I dont have much cash to offer!
but able to do trades links ,services, or maybe some revenue share!or monthly payments!

I had a few Myspace Resource Sites for quite a while... Wouldnt mind being involved in something like this depending upon terms.
