Does anyone have a list, i only know of CJ off the top of my head, however i haven't done much research yet.

Do you mean datafeeds in txt or csv format? Linkshare, Shareasale, and Performics all offer this.

Amazon has an API as far as I know.

If you did mean datafeeds then there is over 60 sites/networks that offer datafeeds listed here (http://www.affiliateseeking.com/list/23000003/1.html).
