they allow only three forms of payment

- Western Union (Introduced recently)
- Standard Mail Delivery
- DHL Fast Delivery

I think Google would be giving too much revenue to Paypal for nothing because of their fees.

Google cannot pay people via PayPal because they have their own payment processor called Google Checkout and eBay/PayPal is a competitor of Google.

Google Adsense does not offer Paypal as yet but google have offered Western Union
