WTB: Convert VBulletin PSDs to WP Themes

Hi, I have two VBulletin PSDs that I would like to see converted to WP Themes for my personal projects. Currently the PSDs are really bare so I need someone who can modify the theme by adding content to the PSD to make it suitable for WP. Other standard-type WP theme details such as sidebar and footer should also be included as well.
