Get payment without the TAX ID?

Hi,

I'm not in USA and it seems google will hold the check until I get the USA TAX ID? just want to know how the people in other country doing?

Any work around? instead of having money, but can't cash it.

if you are outside the US, you fill out a different tax form.

Do you have a US address listed? or something outside the US

my address list in my adsense is outside US, does it make a different?

Well yes, if you have a US address, you will need a US tax ID.
