The EU is a great force to reckon with and the USA must pay great attention to the rising power of the United States of Europe.
NATO is part of this Union and France and Germany are giving the Bush Administration a run for it's money and they will play a great role in solving the IRAQ problem if it is to be solved.

The United States must deal with the powers that be in Europe or go it alone and get killed in IRAQ.
