It seems that someone at Netscape doesn't like Dubya and got fired for using an "inappropriate " filename for an pic of dubya and Laura : a$$hole.jpg. :D
I think that qualifies as unfair dismissal... :D

Is it even possible to get fired for that??? I can not beleive it! Why is it even an issue?

I would imagine the reason this person was fired was for violating a company policy not just because it was President Bush.

I can beleive that anyone can get fired for violating a company file naming policy.

I doubt the policy was about file naming conventions. It was probably closer to "Employee Conduct."
