This is the first place where I'm posting it. I kept it very clean and basic on purpose. I might add Adsense later on.

Hi,

Yes it is very clean and simple. Logo is nice but I don't know, there can be some other graphical elements, it looks too plain for me.

Also I suggest you to put Meta Description and Meta Keywords codes on your source. So search engines can easily crawl your site and your site can appear in spesific keywords. Script is working fine. Good luck

I think I'll use a different background color, something like the background color here on DP.

the graphic is too big, make it small and more attractive, rest there is not much to comment on, the submit button can be made graphical instead of default one.
