Advice needed

hello guys need your advice and help on this one! Before and still at the moment all my domain transfers and hosting was doing my brother for me i was just buying,selling writing content on sites, forums etc. Now he is away for a while and i would love to try to do everytinh myself now. For what i need it ? Well i think it is time to have my own godaddy account couse my bro can't be here always for me !
So what do i have to buy rent or set up now at goddaddy , i would love to use account for bought transfered Sites to host them and etc , plz give me some guid on this one would be highly appreciated ! (btw i remeber i was trying to register long time ago on goddady but i got all the time some registration error code could it be the reason couse my bro already is registred with them and he is using same Adress etc? )
Any Help would be highly apppreciated !

Well it's easy just buy an account on goddady or ethiohost.net ... then buy domain host it on ur account then start uploading with ur FTP.

Ok i did set up account now at godaddy.com ! What do i have to give to my seller now after i bought a site and he is just about to transfer it to my my acc is that the ID number or first i have to buy a server where to host it ? , see guys i have not got any clue about web hosting and that stuff if you have some useful noobies guides or threads for me please leave it here !
I have been living in a cave for a 6 months :D , that what happens when someone else dooes everything for you.

Read through GD's guidelines and FAQS. They have their own hosting as well. No need to get hosting outside as it only gives more headaches.

Take Hosting account from Godaddy itself and then point your domain names to your hosting account , create ftp users with your specific permissions to them like read only , read write some thing similar ...
