besides paypal verified i am seeing a number (1).Before the number was 1 and now it is 3.what it is actually?

It is the sellers reputation
The Seller Reputation Number measures how many Verified PayPal members have paid that seller. New transactions are added 30 days after they occur, to ensure that the Reputation Number reflects successful exchanges.

It's basically the number of transaction from other verified members into your account. Main purpose of this is to show how reputable a PayPal account holder is and it updates every 30 days (as said above) so you don't have to worry about that ;)

The Seller Reputation Number indicates the number of Verified users from whom a member has received payments. The Buyer Reputation Number indicates the number of Verified users to whom a member has sent payments.
Seller Reputation Number Calculation Guidelines:
* Buyer must be "unique"
* Buyer must be Verified or become Verified
* Buyer will count 30 days after payment is sent
* Payment must be above $5.00 USD (or the equivalent in your primary currency)
* Payments under $5.00 USD (or the equivalent in your primary currency) will not count.
Buyer Reputation Number Calculation Guidelines:
* Seller must be "unique."
* Seller must be Verified or become Verified.
* Seller counts 30 days after the payment to him is sent.
* Payment must be above $5.00 USD or the equivalent in your primary currency.
