Basically -
I need it now -(of course)
But what do I need to provide:
What I want it to look like?
What functionalities I need it to include?
In reality it is a very simple website the most difficult thing I need is:
I have 200+ urls I'd like to lease out to people on a monthly basis. When they reserve it - I'd like it to show up in a different color with the next available date, and maybe a spot where someone can reserve it. Maybe 5 pages total and cart system at the most.

I need this one to be Clean, Professional, Memorable.
Maybe a tiny bit of Flash or javascript -but simple - quick loading.
Do you have some examples I can look at? What is the going rate for your work? Are you looking for any URL's - maybe we can work out a trade.
Thanks for the e-mail,
Thanks,
S.F.
