Cheapest dot tv registrations?

I see prices all over the place with .tv registrations. Out of all the places I currently have domains registered (godaddy, wildwest, 1and1, mydomain & netfirms) 1&1 is the cheapest @ 29.99.

Is there anywhere or any coupon codes to register cheaper. Somewhere in the 20-25 range would be enough for me to add yet another account.
