you need to build more high quality back links. As you only have 8 on Google and
559 inbound links on Yahoo that point towards your site.

Your site was probably too new to be included in the last PR update (end of April I seem to recall). Just sit and wait for the moment - hopefully you'll get PR next time.

I would worry more about serp. Is site listed in google and how is it doing for keywords. I would keep getting links to your site and Pr will follow but worry more about where site is listed for search terms.

It is actually listed pretty high in search engine. It was on #6 for our keyword and went to #12 -- that is another question I had... what made it go to #12....
Will continue researching into this, thanks for everyone who has replied so far.

You might try adding description meta tags because when you don't use them google picks up the first text on the page. sometimes that is the text in the body of your page but other times it's picking up your menu which doesn't tell a viewer (or search engine) what your page is about.
Also Google only has 13 pages indexed before the ommited results link. If this is not accurate then make sure all links surrounded with Javascript are also listed in your footer or site map without Javascript.
Also you have too much text on your home page. It waters down your major keywords. I would move non-essential info to another page--the testimonies, 7 reasons why ..., and other features your site offers.

Worry about the serps and not the pr. The pr will come whenever the next update is. If you can get high on the serps, you can get some nice traffic and make some $$$.

PR takes a lot time to export to the toolbar

It's a very nice site. Just keep building links....to get visitors, not for PR. The PR will thing will take care of itself.

You already have PR. It just hasn't been exported to the toolbar.

I'm not sure I understand, is there a tool we can use to check how we are doing? Google Webmasters tool doesnt show anything yet.

If you are ranking well than you have some internal pr. Only Google knows your internal pr and there aren't any tools that I know of.
There is a pagestrength tool that you can check out though

Your timing might be bad. Allowing for a couple of months for being new and three or four months since the last update, you might be caught in a time capsule.

Pagerank have not been updated since last April so just keep building links and if it's updated soon you get your pagerank value.
