I have TemplatesFlow (http://TemplatesFlow.com) business and I sell websites.
I use 2 payement gateways here - pay pall express and 2 check out. Paypall works great for me and my clients bu 2 check out takes up to 4 hours to verify transaction, or even more.
But I sell virtual product (websites) and my clients wish to get them immediately.
Any suggestions how I could make these folks process orders faster for me?

Try a merchant account with an authorize.net payment gateway.

I think the time they're taking to avoid potential fraud transaction, however in your case you can try out contacting few payment processors through this list those might be providing faster transaction. electronic-payments.co.uk/product_data.jsp

I use authorize.net for the ecommerce site. It works well, the reporting is good, and they are as fast as I would imagine them being for their role.

Both are reputed company, however it depends on your location and specific needs.

Location - NY, needs are very simple - minimum time for transaction procesing and avoiding moneyback function when product is already sent

You should go with Authorize.net and find a Merchant Account where you have the options for 3DSecure, that protect you almost from any Chargeback's.
Or as already suggested then stay with Paypal and 2Co.
Beside the Location then it also depends very much on how much volume(monthly turnover) you have.
