Does anyone have any good ideas about ranking high in foreign Googles?
Here's what I know:
1. It helps to have the domain extension for the particular country.
2. Links from sites within that country help
From what I've seen it doesn't look like backlink age is as important in foreign Googles. In other words, I'll have sites rank for competitive keyword phrases much faster in a foreign Google than a US Google. Has anyone seen this?
Any other ideas on the topic would be appreciated.

Do you think there would be loads of traffic from this? I may look at getting some other domains to point to my site i.e .co.za and so forth.

I'm getting decent traffic from the accumulation of the foreign Googles. ie. from India, Malaysia, Australia, etc. Plus I've found a better CTR from this traffic. Maybe they're not as desensitized to ads?

That's because the competition is not fierce yet.
What about the revenue , Imo foreign traffic should pay less since the competiton is less.

Move to a server located on the same google extension local counter and get more backlinks from sites with the same extension and if you can get your site translated to the other targeted language if not English that would be a post.
