Hey Guys,
I am looking to get a PSD coded into a valid, semantically correct, and cross-browser compliant XHTML/CSS code. This would be the first of many projects for the site (it's the homepage) and I would love to pass along more work for the rest of the site.
Here are the requirements:
1. All images must be optimized to decrease loading time (i.e. simple graphics saved as GIF's, others as JPG's).
2. Please don't use images when text would do just fine.
3. The navigation at the top needs to be a CSS Drop Down
4. Must display properly across all browsers. That means IE6, IE7, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
