I'm having a site with PR-5...its a Management Development Service Site....How can I find PR-5 or above sites who are willing to exchange links with this site....
please let me know if any one is interested...

its hard to exchange links with high pr than yours....think of it why would any high pr site will link to low pr site...

once u r puzzled searching for a site with PR 5 (home page) within the bounds of the link exchange program, u r a lucky one, as we offer link exchange with a site PR>=3 of software development subject area!

One tool for finding high PR related sites is PR Prowler. Do a google search for it. Can really find some gems.

you can use dmoz for that.
find the most related dmoz category for your site and contact the site owners on that category

It depends on your niche.
I had a couple of PR 0 sites and did a free link swap with some PR4's and 1 PR5.
I just sent a friendly email to about 50 webmasters of some high PR sites and they said why not. These were niche's where the owners had little idea what PR means.
e.g. I have a pub blog. I did some swaps with beer review sites and popular country pub review sites.
