Our website has a number of pages that have little to no reason to ever change. The technical content listed is pretty thorough and things like pricing that flux are posted on a seperate page. That being said, how can I ensure these pages have any chance of return in the orgainic search results? What are some creative ways to get these pages linked?

NOTE: I just read a script on the old supplemental index; is there any way I can tell if my pages are in one index versus the other (not that it matters a whole lot, just for refrerence)?

Google has removed showing supplemental keyword in the search results. So now you cannot see whether pages in are main or supplemental index.

If the indexed or inner pages was indexed its possible for that pages to rank in google. But it still depends on many factors. We can't really tell when will your site goes on the top position or out from the SERP.
