http://www.text-link-ads.com is without a doubt the leader in text link ads.

I was wondering, what do you think is really good about what TLA is offering, and what do you think is bad about their services? What are the features you think they are missing? Or what are the problems/issues with them, if any?

Lately, I've heard that by using them you can get penalized in google. However, I haven't really been able to validate that rumor. If anyone knows, that would be great.

One of the biggest drawbacks of TLA, IMO, is that they-- not you-- set the link price. The prices they set are often a lot higher than you'd pay contacting publishers through the forums like DP. This can make it harder for TLA publishers to sell their ad spots.

Other than that, TLA is a fine service. Their customer support is first-rate.
