I am puzzled as to how you go about downgrading an account from Business to Individual, does anybody know how this is done?

Any help on the matter would be much appreciated.

the option is not available in the control panel but the way to do it is to use the Contact Us form to ask for a downgrade. They will ask a range of questions and you be set when you forward the necessary information.
