PayPal Expanded?

I just noticed that Estonians can now receive payments via PayPal, so I guess PayPal has recently decided to expand, but I didn't notice any other new countries, so is this some kind of Estonian special? Or does anybody know what is going on?

But anyway, I am happy:D We can only withdraw to US bank account, but at least we can receive payments:D YAY!

[edit] actually we can also withdraw to credit cards, so now I am even happier :D

I received an email stating that in a few months Romania, Bulgaria, Italy and a few other countries that weren't allowed to receive money will soon be added to the paypal program :D.Happy:d

That won't happen soon...too much fraud. No offence at all intended. Is China allowed?

I'd like to see them expand more into Korea! Pulling cash out to the bank is okay, but not able to transfer funds to PayPal from the bank..anyway i had an Estonian friend that mentioned that issue before so it's def looking better for ya now!

I hope they add all Baltic States soon!
Lithuania is not allowed yet, but I think that it will happen soon, because why is it different than Estonia..
