You can also get a cheque in addition to bank transfer from your MB. It is just simple as with many other payment processors.

You can always withdraw to your bank account and "Visa Credit Card" but you must verify your identity before you withdraw via any of the above options.

Regarding cheques there are only selected countries that are supported.

When can I request a cheque?
Cheques can only be sent to any of the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom and United States.
