This is the 2nd time this happened inside 12 months to me, to all the folks effected I am trying to PM everyone and sort out the mess started by the error prone system that paypal operate

Pete have you tried to contact paypal for this because this is second time with you. :( If you have already contacted them earlier then any reply they given to you that time :confused:
