You web host should have given you auto installers, its best to use that, install it to a folder called forums and change the link to go to the forum

Also most web hosts have forums for this kind of thing, they'll teach you how do do it instead of doing it for you

as Ace suggested, your server should have an auto install option in your control panel, thats your best bet.
