I like the design of and that mouse over effect. Only thing I don't like is your header because you use text as your logo. You should create it as an image somehow. The cms looks nice. Maybe a bit to many ads.

I think for your content at the center of the page there is too much white space when scrolling down because of the links to the left...I recommend either filling that white space with more content or reducing the links on the left side...your choice.
