the domain should be short, nicely named and should be registered from some good registrar.

domain name worth is mainly dependent on it PR i mean pr of the site and secondly if the words of the domain are attractive then it can be an advantage in high price for it.

PR can be created and lost. good keywords are forever.

What's the PR on chinese.com, seniors.com? it doesn't matter. the people who paid over $1,000,000 for those names didn't care about their PR.

Mostly we can see on this forum and everywhere that when ever u r going to sel a domain or a site ...IF u r going to sell any site then everyone will ask for pr of ur site but no one will ask about ur domain name.If ur site's pr is high then u wil egt more for a high pr and vice versa. So in my openion key word has some value but pr of the domain has more then it.

Seniors.com has PR zero and sold for $1,800,000
