I joined the affiliate program for All Posters.com about a month or two ago and despite sending thousands so visitors to the site, I still haven't converted yet. All my traffic is regular traffic from my site. I don't get it.

Does anyone use All Posters? Does anyone else have this problem?

Allposters is pretty good, a site I sold recently was getting 2-4 sales a day from approximately 5-700 visitors a day

I've heard that allposters generally converts quite well. Were you sending them targeted traffic or was it untargeted traffic like those '10,000 visitors for $1' type of deal? For allposters a good demographic would be US audience in their 20s.

Edit: I also just remembered someone posting on sitepoint saying art.com converted better than allposters.com (same company/ownership)

Funny, I used to have a movie site, and Allposter didn't convert AT ALL. Never sold a single thing. Never.

Allposters links used to be underneath the movie posters on yahoo's movie section too. Guess that didn't work out too well. I think, in order to convert, you need to give the person a reason to buy the poster, rather than a normal affiliate site - "here is a product, buy it" -- you have to appeal to the person more.

How are you sending the visitors? What kind of website do you run?

I run an art gallery in Chicago with a website and if you have a decent website maybe your traffic would be interested in our stuff. Shoot me a PM and maybe we can try something out.

The traffic I send to All Posters is traffic from my actual site. It isn't one of those pay 1 dollar for 10,000 visits per day type deals. By the way if you guys want to take a look maybe you can tell me where I'm going wrong. This site gets over 500 visits per day:www.mangalocity.com

I've placed html code on each page, and I send tons of traffic to All Posters.
