Review request - Frenetic Network

Review requested on my Frenetic Network weblog. I tried to keep most of the good stuff above the fold. I moved the archives to a separate page and included "Related Posts" beneath each post along with a link to the Archives page. The goal is to get people to stay on the site for as long as possible in the hopes that they eventually click on an Ad. My feeds run through Feed Burner to help with stat tracking and I could probably go for some better SEO.

Any input would be greatly appreciated. Although saying "Great Site" or "Your site sucks" goes toward the count, some actual suggestions would be much more useful.

I like the appearance of the actually content section of the page, the only part that really needs work is the banner, the bevel and opacity look quite tacky in my opinion.
