I will post my signature of a healthsite in some healthforums. How do I know if it has nofollow?

Open the site in FireFox. Right-click one of the signiture links and then click Properties. The Properties box will then show if it is nofollow.

I tried your sig and it says
Link Properties:
Address: http://www.custom-car.us/
Will Open in: New window
Miscellaneous Properties
Text Language: English
Does this mean that DP is on nofollow for sigs?

I prefer to use SEOQuake (http://www.seoquake.com/) it has an option to put a line through no follow links. Its not as hard on the eyes or as annoying as the hilighting that searchstatus does.
PS: dp doesn't use nofollow on sig links :)

No, the sigs on DP are not nofollow.
Seriously, use Firefox and install the SEOQuake and/or Search Status plugins.

just look the sourse code.
if you see rel="nofollow" in your signature links, it means that site is using nofollow on its signature links

SEOQuake will show a line through, I believe, of the nofollow links.
Search Status shows the nofollow link with a pink highlighting.
