Need a website designer for two simple html websites, one modeling site and one blog

Hi

I am in need of two websites to be built.

First one will be a simple html modeling website, with a portfolio of my photos, stats, and resume.

Secondly, I bought a template that uses Wordpress and I need it to be customized to go on my blog. I already have a blog on this domain powered through Blogger, so would need to transfer the information in my current blog to the new template.

Can anyone do this for me?
