Are people happy to get into Yahoo for Free?

For me nothing feels as rewarding as a free Yahoo listing

This may sound stupid but this is the very first time
I used the free submit and yahoo added the site! :eek:

I tried over 8 years for one site without success
I had to get picked up by USA TODAY hotsites for that one to get in

but somehow my new project just a week old using on an old domain I had and around and getting the site up with content submit it they listed it :D

Lol I always get listed in yahoo in a couple of days for free,never paid for inclusion.

Secondly I have seen many free sites listed higher in yahoo serps than the sites paid for inclusion which for me makes a mockery of paying to be added to yahoo directory.

I really don't see any reason at all to submit to the yahoo directory, just my 0.02.
