The site is trying to attract visitors who want a secured loan...
I tried a couple of companies that I found on Google, but they came back [ 2 days later! ] with a recommendation to buy links from sites which we thought were poorly related to our clients core business.
For a start....the client is UK based...and they recommended links on US sites...which I thought rather lacking in an appreciation of our clients needs and also made me suspect that they didnt really do any proper homework before suggesting their proposal.
I'm hoping that you guys can come up with something more concrete...
Our client is willing to pay....and they arent short of cash....but we cant recommend something we think is unsuitable.
