both free to post and will deliver fast results (48 hours at most)

usually you can ask potential contractors to write some test code for you before you make a decision. Pay on either a ongoing contract basis (NEVER pay upfront, but in agreed installments) or fixed fee project basis (25 upfront, 50% midway, 25% on delivery)

Thanks for the links. I know the Asian market quite well (being based in HK), but although you Westerner's think the Asian Market and cheap and well skilled, it's not really true...I guess it's what you pay for...
