Payments not processing in directory should I..............

For some reason my payments are not processing but I have someone finding out why my question is
1. Should I let people know on my submit page that there is a problem and just give them my paypal address
or
2. have them contact me thru my contact form if they want to buy a link

my last successful payment was on the 7th of August since then a couple of people have contacted via contact form and I just added them that way

For temporary its better to add this on your submit page that there is a problem and give them your paypal address or tell them to contact you for paypal address.

you should get this sorted ASAP. no payment processiong = serious drop in submissions

well we are trying to find out why its not going thru it had just come to my attention when someone contacted me to let me know yesterday so it possible it might have been down anywhere from 3-4 days so I will let people know on my submit page

:D Just an update submits are now working on my site some code was missing so its a wonder any submission went thru
