For about 10 hours, I've noticed my ad links have been broken and I cannot login.

That is quite odd. I've had an open tab with auto-refresh on for many hours now with the Cj website and have not received the Logon Page which appears when an outage occurs. All looks ok from my end ad-wise also.

All of the links appear to be down or piece of them broken as well. For example EBAY.

All links are dead on my site. At first I thought it was just the banners not loading, but even an HTML keyword link gave me a "Problem Loading Page" error.
This is good experience for the future. I'm glad I'm where I'm at (one ad campaign).
Edit: This appears to be a localized or ISP-based problem. I'm using Comcast broadband, but others with different providers can get to cj.com. Also, I can get there through a proxy.

I'm on Comcast as well. I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

Seems strange. Does that mean your ads can still be viewed by others?

Ads are not down, well at least they are for ComCrap.
Doesn't appear to be a cj problem.
Something must be up with ComCrap and their DNS.
Go to:
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=cj.com
Get there A Name IP
Then go to
http://64.70.54.78/
You are in.
You won't be able to login though, once you get redirected.
Change your dns search to Verizon's dns.

I just contacted Comcast and they verified that it is a major issue that cannot be handled by ordinary customer service. They verified that it is customer accounts that are affected, as the CSRs I spoke with could reach cj.com on their LAN.
It has been escalated to and I opened a ticket to have their engineers look at it, but the CSR I spoke with did warn me that it appears to be a national issue, and "I can't speak for National."
My phone number is on the ticket and I will let you know when I get a call.
Happy weekend, everyone.

Yes, the CJ site's down.
Ads are displaying only alternate test and the links are producing error pages.
We noticed it on our early morning check just under 12 hours ago. Still down.

Does anyone have a workaround to log in from comcast?
Thanks!

what's funny is that I told myself I wasn't gonna check my stats at all today ( I compulsively check throughout the day normally).
I didn't try until a few minutes ago (going over 12 hours isn't too bad ;)) and it turns out I couldn't see the stats if I wanted to.

Here is an article with more details.
Thousands of advertisers hit by web site shutdown! (http://www.coquet-shack.com/NEWS/index/Commission-Junction-705.php)
Hope you guys were doing PPC. IF it's DNS related it's possible even if you can get on now,
some people in other parts of the country could still be having a hard time accessing your links.

What more details?
There's better information at the forums at abestweb.com.
Has to do with the nameservers, it appears, and if CJ changed their DNS they sure as hell should've notified us beforehand.
I'll call them Wednesday, since Monday and Tuesday, I'm sure, people will be waiting on the phone for hours.
