Show ads for 5 seconds then a video?

Does anyone know how to show and ad for 5 seconds then once the 5 seconds is up hide the ad and show the video? All it would be is a div with an ad in it and a div with the video in it. The div with the ad in it would display for 5 seconds then the script would hide the div and show the video. I'm just not 100% sure on how to code the javascript part to hide the ads div in 5 seconds.
