Loans/mortgages sites and adsense

I guess you all know the highest paying keywords list, which includes a lot of keywords that related to loans and mortgages.

I wonder how really profitable are those keywords.
Does someone here have some experience with adsense and loans/mortgages sites?

I have a mortgages site which gets clicks around $1 seldom gets more than $2 for a click. hardest part is traffic. everyone runs loans, mortgages and insurance sites so its really hard to get organic traffic.

You can use Adword tools to see how much they are paying :)

you can earn from those keywords but it's very difficult to get clicks from those keywords and it will also become difficult to find visitors

I have one web site (http://www.IslamicMortgage.org) - Normally it gets 50 cent to 1$+ per click.

Such sites get less traffic but if you optimise properly and get some natural traffic from search engines, then it can be worth to struggle for.
