Right now, Yahoo only recognizes clicks from the US.
Clicks from foreign IPs are tossed out - none of the YPN BETA program is international yet, for both publishers and clickers.

Right now, if you get too many clicks from foreign sources, you can be terminateed from the YPN program. Only sites in English are currently acceptable, with non-foreign content.

You only get paid for US impressions. The TOS also say you agree to only show them to US vistors actually. I made a stripped down version of the portxml Ip2co database to use for this. I am selling it for $20 or for $29 with six months of updates.

The fact that the program is only open to US publishers is well known. Also, it is mentioned that you can only show ads on pages which are primarily in Englsh.

Surf Dude, is it from these two pieces of information that you're saying only "US clicks" count?, or can you quote something more specific from a source.

Where does it say only US clicks are counted, and there is a chance of getting kicked out, if you have too much non-US traffic?

my site is approved although its from non-us region. as my 60 % traffic is from US. but still i was not able to register in programm as i don't have valid US adress/acount. yet waiting for reply from them recently asked way out for this situation. i think YPN won't be global till its out of beta.

as per term no 4 i don't think they have any problem for internatinal exposure.

Bit of a wierd way of putting it, if you ask me... and I don't think they actually discount non-US clicks.. I know someone who can make a site and start generating 50/day from non-US traffic within days (popping up the home page from a high traffic non-US site). YPN keeps crediting money to the account.. which is impossible, if that non-US traffic is not being counted.

i also recall their TOS saying exclusive for US (i read it late aug 2005) but this new TOS i found today :)
