You can get a free evaluation at dnscoop.com (http://www.dnscoop.com). They factor in a number of things and try to give a market value on a site.
However, you will find that the real value of a thing is what someone is willing to pay, so if it reads high but you can't get half what the evaluation says, you will have to decide whether it is worth it to sell or keep looking for another offer another day.
good luck

So your making $100 for the last 6 months from google adsense. I wouldn't sell for less than $1200 which would be a one year income.
This price is based on your monthly traffic and income. Whats your pagerank and is your domain name generic ?

I see your domain in your signature and your pagerank is 4. Pagerank is not very high and the domain name is not generic.
$1200 Fair Price.
$1800 Great Price.
Over $1800 your getting greedy :)

Dnscoop.com
Estibot.com
and leapfish.com
I tested a few sites of mine:
Dnscoop: 100$
Leapfish: 14$
Estibot: 990$
(muziekserver.info)
Dnscoop: 300$
Leapfish: 804$
Estibot: 1100$
(angelinks.nl)
As you can see there is a big difrence :p.
I think dnscoop is the most correct.

I agree with the average price of around 1K-1.5K.....In reality though, it's only worth what someone is willing to pay....Good luck with the Sale:)

This is not reality. I think the man/woman who said it, simply wanted to buy things very cheap and have an excuse for it.
Im someone and I will pay $100 for yahoo.com, does this mean yahoo is all the sudden worth $100 only !

Thanks for the scoop. Very nice tool. :)
I would use this tool to evaluate any domain. This is as close to accurate as it comes.
Leapfish is way off and estibot sometimes it works, although the programmers are working on it.

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay. Don't settle for less!
