Your ads are not blended at all.
Blended ads mostly work better then ads that stand out.

Put ads in your middle content. I would suggest using a large rectangle box blended after or between your content.

A general suggestion would be to give an explanation about what your page is all about on the start page.

If users want to know what your page is all about they currently need to read the how to to grasp the intention of your website

trichnosis, thanks for the advice, but what do you suggest i do to get some more hits because i am not getting much traffic. thanks
