Rock community and Amazon shop?

I own a greek rock/alternative community (2700 members, many active) and I'm about to start a eshop based on amazon products (cd, ipod, mp3 players, dvd). Do you think that worths the effort?

Do you have any similar story?

Many websites follow this way. We are implementing this kind of store with our two websites currently. So, at the moment I have no experience if this will be a success or failure. But I know a guy who runs a website (in some way similar to your site - metalstorm.ee) and a few months back we discussed this issue and he was happy with this cooperation (he runs Amazon CD's store).
