Here is my entry! You wanted a celeb theme, so I took it in a more "Hollywood lights" direction, and it took awhile because I made each light by hand, and added a glare, shadow, and glow. And yes I know the lights are different sizes, but I did that on purpose to give it a more playful/cartoony feel to it, which I like alot! lol I hope you like it!
