$25 logo/header contest 3

Hi guys, need a logo for a website called ukwebfreelancers (no domain extension)

this will be for uk only web freelancers, seo, coders etc etc directory must be navy blue web 2.0 background feel with white lettering. and the wonderful UNION JACK FLAG somewhere.

it will be the normal sitewide header ie. 7-800px

as you can tell from previous contests i hold, i am normally quite fast, as first thing i see i like wins, so to avoid wasting anyone's time, if you want to compete , please post "i'm in" and if you see my post saying "no more contestants", it means no more, cuz i would have made up my mind.
