$50 for EZ graphics design contest

hi,
i have an ez contest.

here is a logo that you will be working with

i want you to overlay this logo with a web 2.0 looking ribbon or star that says "Featured Bank", similar to what these guys have done:

however i ultimately want my ribbon done via CSS overlay, so it is OK if part of the image hangs off of the logo.

let me see what you guys can do. i'll pay $50 if i accept your design
