$35 Logo Design - 48 Hour Contest

I will select a winner by the end of day Tuesday (July 31st).

I have a website that will be selling high end brand name sunglasses. The target market for these sunglasses are mainly athletes and very active people. These buyers are also very high-income buyers (think Oakley, Maui Jim, Ray Ban, etc.). The logo must reflect those attributes. Check out this page from Oakley to see what I'm trying to reflect in this logo:

I want something simple and “clean” and ideally I only want one color - Black. However, I will entertain two color logos (i.e. black and gray, black and red, etc.)

The logo I need is for the name: OSunGlasses

I was thinking of a logo that would make the "O" a face with sunglasses. I sketched a very simple idea of what I'm referring to:

Note, the face I drew was very silly. I need a very stoic, athletic looking face - something more "serious" and professonial looking. Like Lance Armstrong's face on this Oakley page:

Keep in mind, the "face" will not be an actual face of a person but rather a drawing - like GoDaddy uses in their logo:

Then I was thinking maybe the font for “SunGlasses” could be slanted/italicized to indicate action. I.E. SunGlasses

What can you design for me???

I'm also open to totally different ideas!!

Nice work. Just one minor thing...can I see what this looks like with the head (the "O") tilting towards "SunGlasses" instead of tilting away from it? Also, not totally sure I like the face as it seems to be "too young" and "happy" I'm looking for a more serious, grown up look - if that makes any sense??? Othewise, I really like it.
