Application ID server down?

I've been trying to register an application with Yahoo for the last couple of days, but the server is never accessible:

http://api.search.yahoo.com/webservices/register_application

Does anyone know if they've updated the URI or something?

Yea call me late for reupping an old thread but I'm also not getting any resolution sooo... unless it's something pretty obvious I'm also curious as to how to get an application ID since their link @ https://developer.yahoo.com/wsregapp/index.php is as dead as a roach swimming in RAID... So anyone knows? pleeeeeeeeeez? :(

I just got an App ID about 20 minutes ago. It is definitely not dead.

Had tried getting in via regular http via http://developer.yahoo.com/wsregapp/

Think a few attempts plus signing in got me to there.
