Yahoo jobs?

I'm curious, because someone made a thread about working with google. Does anyone here seriously work at yahoo, or know of anyone who does? If so, what have they said about it? :confused: I'm just curious... :o

I had a friend who worked at Yahoo reviewing for their directory. I only met him after he came to work at a law firm where I hold my main profession.

Shame I didn't meet him before.

Anyhow, he said it was a good place to work with a goof fun loving crowd as I remember. This is before he was made redundant with a whole bunch of people.

This was several years ago.

I have only seen a girl working for yahoo and talking someing on tv.
She is stupied girl who i don't like her opinion.

Like any start up over time it becomes more structured and more corporate and less fun to work at. In the next 5-10 years as google grows and matures I expect the same thing to happen there.

i have my friend working with google, he is a marketing person there, he says google is much better for job, i really dont know about yahoo, but i have heard that yahoo's customer service is very bad, without any investigation they banned many members from yahoo answers, that also just because sum low sense people do abuse report, which is actually not meant for abusing, even i saw many complaints in yahoo answer forums, where members complaint about there customer care services is really very poor.

It is better for you to work with google. it is well established.

well I've heard of someone working at google, who said it's the best. I've never heard anyone talk about yahoo.. it seems like a non-fun work environment.
