I need to find out how much it would cost me to make my website more automated, reducing the time i put into inserting all the pictures and media at buzz-worthy.com (http://www.buzz-worthy.com).

Here is what I would like to do:
1. Be able to easily upload media & pictures daily and have them featured on the major pages of my website, while creating a brand new page. (Can this be done through MySQL?)
2. Give visitors the opportunity to instant message my media using AIM javascript.
3. Unique Meta tags for each page.
4. Related pictures/media below each individual video or picture.

I have no clue how to use PHP and I would be willing to pay someone to do this for me.
