Problem getting validated

I've got the code working on my site but the auto validator does not seem to be able to see it. Any suggestions?

doesn't look like the ads are showing. I just searched for <!-- an-hl --> on the source of your page, and I could not find it on the index page. The co-op ads need to be displayed on every page of your site, FYI.

oic, I'll have to figure out why the <!-- an-hl --> isn't getting written. I'll get the other pages fixed up asap.

Ok, the <!-- an-hl --> is there and I've edited the footer so it shows on every page. I'll try the validation again.

You don't appear to be running it with the caching system... For example, where is the file that is supposed to be here? http://www.projectresponder.com/ad_network_ads.txt

I fixed the few pages I missed and every page should be displaying the ads. It validated so we're good to go. Thanks l0cke and Shawn.
