Hi Shaun

I run the 5 ads per page and as soon as it was validated I had a weighting of 30odd thousand - I've checked today and it's down to 6k - I've had a check in Ggle to see if it's dumped a load of pages but it's stable

Any ideas ? url teneric.co.uk/uk/

thanks

btw
is there a reason why you WANT to have ZERO SEO ??
G says
Your search - link:http://teneric.co.uk/uk/ - did not match any documents.
hence G knows ZERO pages
because ...

M A N Y SEO points missing
but see yourself :

http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://teneric.co.uk/uk/

and read all
and see

Line 6, column 62: document type does not allow element "link" here

WHY ?

because you open <title>
have actually NO title at all
and never close </title> !!!!!!!!!
and ..
Googlebot sees exactly as the validation service sees

ALL domain is <TITLE> - but never ending <title> and no page-content at all

thus
even if a huge % of all never belief
its back to the very basics
first validate then be happy with G
because validated pages only make G bot happy

i addition
you forgot any and all meta tags

this entire domain looks very much like if done with a CMS system such as blog script or so ...
if made with such tool - then you may want to read the post in
http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=3967

else you may do all corrections needed by hand

many thanks for your comment

Actually all the pages under the directory /uk/ are php generated. I only put the index page in that directory so it would validate. I don't care if the index page is indexed or not or how good or bad the seo is - I have nothing pointing to it at all - it's just there for the ad network validation!

but if you dont care about that page
and Google cannot find it at all
then it acutally is a totally worthless page for all, anyone and everyone
useless as back links - page, because never accounted for by anyone ... since never really indexed ....

is that what you really want ???
if yes,
then sending the page to /dev/null
may be the easier solution and saving money on top

I retriggered the validation for your site and it looks like it's back to what it was. As far as why it dropped, it looks like whatever page it spot checked before only had one ad on it.
